The Hub is a busy place:
The reception desk is manned throughout the day for all enquiries including help with access.
Our well stocked shop with constantly changing displays keeps a wide range of work from newly emerging designer makers to the well established. There's a wide range of cards and gift items.
The Riverside Cafe serves drinks, snacks and light meals through the day. The riverside terrace has seating overlooking the River Slea, complete with a large population of ducks and other birds.
The Main Gallery shows large scale exhibitions that change roughly every couple of months. Changovers usually take ten days but the Roof Gallery will normally be open. Find out more under calendar or exhibitions.
The Main Gallery has a high quality cinema screen and projector. Over the last year the University of the Third Age have used it once a month for their Night at the Cinema.
North Kesteven's busy arts development team artsNK work on the third floor alongside the Hub's own curatorial and admin team.
The Roof Gallery on the fourth floor takes up the space orginally considered for a roof top restaurant. Doors to the left and right of the access lead to balconies that look across the town.
Studio 4, our education studio, is heavily used by a wide range of groups, including short course workshops and schools. It can be rented.
The main stair well is often used as Stair Space - to show work by designer makers whose work we think to be special.
Outside, the courtyard are five studios. Three craftspeople are in residence there, alongside Design Factory, the region's design support organisation and a studio used by Kesteven and Sleaford High School for arts residencies.
Navigation House sits to one side of the courtyard. See riverside walk for more information about the rich heritage of the site and nearby resources
